DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Place your mouth over the mouthpiece. Breathe in through your mouth and out through your nose repeatedly for 10-15 minutes per day.
REFILLING AND MAINTENANCE:
Remove the silicone plug from the base of the inhaler and rinse with water. Once dry, refill with the Himalayan Salt Inhaler Refill Pack. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and store in a dry area.
